FOL: VESSEL AND TRAILER TOSSED INTO MARINA BUILDING BY HIGH WINDS. HIGH FLOOD WATERS CAPSIZED UNIT OFF TRAILER. COMPLETE SUBMERSION ENSUED. UNABLE TO ASSESS ENGINE DAMAGE.

Pontoons appear to be in fair condition with damage to left and right pontoon including stern section and port side panels. Engine/components incurred physical damage and complete submersion in salt water. Unable to confirm run condition. Meters/guages/electronics were inundated by water and appear to be in fair condition with function unknown. Seats/upholstery/cushions appear to be in good condition with no tears evident aside from complete water submersion. Top/console appears to be in good condition with basic wear and tear evident.
